Work in progress: South building expansion underway

Jul 1, 2016 / in Newsroom / by admin

Co-Line’s south building expansion is in full swing with obvious progress happening every day. Back on June 9, the contractor, Jensen Builders, began trenching the footings for the 120,000-square-foot addition. Fast forward a couple weeks, and the foundation crew has completed its work with the foundations, piers, and walls poured. At the time of printing, walls were being backfilled, and the paving crew was starting to set the final grade on exterior concrete with pouring to begin within the week. Setting the final floor grade will be happening soon. Looking ahead, the building will be arriving later in July. Around that time and into August, the plumbing and electrical will be buried under the floor slab. So far, Co-Line has been very pleased with the work Jensen Builders has done. Keep an eye to the south to see things take shape as the summer and project progress!
