We all know it's hard to stick to a diet during the holidays! The loaded buffet tables at dinners and get-togethers provide too many temptations. One bite leads to another and before you know it, you've over-stuffed! A total of 104 Co-Liners have organized into 17 different teams. Teams are already having fun by coming up with some clever team names, such as The Chub Club (press room), Quality Rejects, (quality dept.) Ship Shape (shipping dept.), and Die Trying (tool room). Teams arrived at the shipping scale on Nov. 28 to document their starting team weight. The final weigh-in will be at 9 a.m. on Jan. 3, the first day back after the Christmas break. Teams who maintain or lose weight through the holidays will win a $20 Co-Line coin per team member. The premise is that Project Zero will keep us from over-indulging because we know our team members are counting on us. And everyone is a winner when you can avoid gaining weight at this time of the year and have fun with your co-workers at the same time! Good luck to all participants!
