Januik starts second season with Co-Line cylinder heads
Co-Line cylinder head customer Nick Januik is raring to get going in the 2015 alchohol funny car racing season. The season is just getting rolling for Januik, who wrote the note below commending the Co-Line product he uses. Januik had the top alcohol funny car at the the SummitRacing.com NHRA Nationals in Las Vegas in 2014.
“In my opinion, Co-Line heads are the best in the business,” Januik said. “We are a fairly new team, going into our only second full season of racing funny cars, but having such a great head helped with making the power to compete with all of the seasoned veterans of the sport. We were not new to the top alcohol combination as we ran it in a top alcohol car in the sand, so when we decided to make the transformation to the asphalt, it was no question that we were going with the Co-Line product. Not only is it a nice piece, but to have the technical support that comes from Eric and his whole group of employees goes a long way. The craftsmanship of the heads they produce and the quality of repair work they do is by far some of the best in the industry. With these heads, we were able to win our first national event in only the third national event that we went to. Thank you to the whole Co-Line team.”
