Fruit basket upset: New homes for office employees

Mar 31, 2016 / in Newsroom / by admin

The week of Mar. 7 was a fruit basket upset in the Co-Line office. Sixteen office personnel relocated within the office to increase efficiency and organizational flow. Employees are now settling into their new office homes. Where are they now, you ask? The new office lunchroom is right above in the office formerly occupied by Tayler Vander Molen and Nicole Fetzer-Bryan. The quoting department (Peter Smith, Doug Richards, Tom Orr and Nicole) has moved downstairs into the former Goalsetter sales office. Wayne Woollums and Taylor Terpstra are now upstairs in the former purchasing office. Bryan De Jong is downstairs in Linda Russell’s former office. Linda has moved upstairs to Peter’s former office. Elliott Mapes and Joel Schmidt have moved downstairs to Stefanie Van Wyk’s old office. Stefanie and Chris Meyers are now upstairs in Doug and Tom’s former office. Tayler is now in the south building, sharing Kristy Romberg’s former office with Todd Price. Knowing all the work that went into relocating so many employees, Faye Brand said, “A big thank you to all those that helped during the moving of offices. Moving 16 people is not a simple task when you consider the desks, computers, phones, files, and more. It was a great opportunity to purge our areas of unnecessary items as well! I am excited to see the efficiencies gained by the moves.” [caption id="attachment_2961" align="alignleft" width="300"]Tayler Vander Molen was the last employee to move – and had the farthest move. She is now in the south building, sharing an office with Todd Price, who took over for Kristy Romberg in early March. This move will enable Tayler to be closer to a majority of where her accounts are manufactured. Tayler Vander Molen was the last employee to move – and had the farthest move.
