Co-Liners go 1-1 in kickball tourney

They were coached by Faye Brand.[/caption] The Co-Line kickball team braved the heat and humidity for the inaugural Lynn-ville Days Kickball Tournament on Saturday, June 18. The team won its first game over Sully Christian Reformed Church, 5-0, before falling 8-1 to the eventual champions, 1st State Bank. Thanks to the team members and spouses who came out to play or cheer. [caption id="attachment_3083" align="alignleft" width="300"]Most participants were first-time kickball players and found it hard to hold on to the bouncy kickball, like Dale Maston at first base. Luckily Co-Line teammate Shawna Tice had his back and got the out after it bounced off Maston into Tice's hands in the opening game of the tournament versus Sully Christian Reformed Church.
