Co-Line reaches 430,320.76 working hours without a lost-time injury

By Linda Russell, HR Dept. We’ve accumulated 430,320.76 working hours without a lost-time injury at Co-Line. This represents the largest number of hours we have accumulated since we started tracking this statistic in early 2006. We have also counted over 336 work days without a lost-time injury. (A lost time injury is work-related injury where the employee is unable to work due to the severity of the accident.) We have been working very hard to continually improve in the area of safety. Employees have been a critical part of that process by recognizing hazards and taking steps to ensure we have a safe working environment. In recognition of their work to keep Co-Line safe, employees were given jackets at the company meeting on Monday, Sept. 28. We look forward to improving this record, but more than that, we are grateful for the commitment of our employees who are dedicated to working safely for themselves, their co-workers, and their families at home.
