Co-Line meets and exceeds requirements for ISO 9001-2008 re-certification
Congratulations, Co-Liners, auditor Clive Devers of Bureau Veritas Certifications has verified that the quality processes at Co-Line meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 standards. Clive conducted a five-day re-registration audit that concluded on Aug. 1, 2014. He revealed several areas of strength and also observations for improvements. All departments were under focus for this audit that is the beginning of a three-year certification cycle.
Of the several areas of strength that were documented, training, continuous improvement, leadership, and overall mature processes received the spotlight.
This audit did expose the areas that have challenged us, so we must raise the bar in these areas. With the observation of mature quality systems in place, Clive stated, “Improvements can be achieved through attention to details. The days of low hanging fruit are gone. We must efficiently discover/detect, cover, react to details using creativeness, innovation, new technology continual training, and sustainment of positive culture.”
Co-Liners, all of your commitment to quality, desire to improve, and hard work are the backstage standouts that allow Co-Line to succeed through these audits year after year. Like Henry Ford said, “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.”
Congratulations again for the great effort throughout the past year and keep up the good work! ~Jeff Kling, Co-Line ISO Coordinator
